Our charming Villa Dionysos is new-built (June 2 0 2 2) with private pool and it has been decorated with elegant, modern furniture and unique items. This place is your place too, because we set it up with fine taste and great attention to detail.
''Dionysos'' is one of a five villa complex, right in the middle of a beautiful vineyard. The whole property is away from public roads and is extremely quiet.
It consists of two floors, with the sleeping, living - dining area, kitchen and bath at the top level, the walk in closet and laundry room at the lower level.
Past the villa's wide patio doors you walk out, onto a spacious, open terrace, which generously offers 360°, panoramic views, over an incredible valley, the hills and the sea. Here you will surely experience endless relaxation by your private pool and spectacular sunsets. It's an ideal place, especially for honeymooners, couples and friends.

In the sleeping / living room you'll find

The bathroom is quite spacious and has a toilet, the sink and a shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals, small or large!

- Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters
- Serving utensils.
- Full set of knives.
- Basic condiments you might need! We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, mayo, spices etc.
In the lower level downstairs there's
- a walk-in closet
- the washing machine and
- a single armchair-bed which can also be used as a single bed for an extra adult
Outdoor areas include:
- a large, fenced patio
- the swimming pool, which is private, quite big with in-water chaise longue

Our pool is available to our guests throughout March till November.
A specially trained crew maintains it meticulously and with regular visits they

> check filter and backwash as needed
> test pool water pH and add chemicals.
Our thorough pool care ensures clean and safe water throughout our guests' entire stay.

Please, be advised that our home is located in an ideal area for privacy and relax and thus not particularly close to public transportation. Therefore it is recommended that you rent a car, throughout your stay, in order to easily move around.
